1. How to get Fresh County Card:

The Card can only be assigned to a customer in a Fresh County store by simply requesting for it from our sales staff. It becomes available for pickup or delivery 24 hours from the time of request.

2. Fresh County Card top-up:

The FC Card can only be topped up in a Fresh County store and this can be done by making a payment into our bank account using wire transfer, debit/credit card or cash. Once we confirm the credit, that same amount will be loaded into your Fresh County Fidelity Card as store credit.

3.Fresh County Card usage:

• In order to utilize the fund in your card, you have to bring the card along for in-store purchases.
• The card needs to be swiped electronically on the payment machine to effect transactions.
